    Ps. Be careful with one arm pullup. I could do 25 nornal pullups, and tried to train for one arm pullup (using towel) but damaged my elbow. 8 years later I can still feel it when under large strain.

    One armed pushups are easy. Do pushups until you can do about 40. Then do one arm pushups against a wall, then do it with hand on a chair. Then on floor. One armes pushups are more about the little muscles in your trunk than arm strength, so u just need to practice on incline first

    insteat of making one trainign video after the other just make a couple of diet videos. workaout is just 40% of fitness 60 is diet so it would help more to show diet cause everybody makes workout stuff.

    I just recently started gym. I am trying to do pull/chin ups and even with the band assistant its pretty hard for me to do chin/pull ups. Can anyone give me tipps on how to solve this issue ?

    Great video. Thank you for posting. FYI, I noticed in the video you were drinking cold water. This is bad for your gut (GI Track) system. Refrigeration is a modern phenomenon. Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches you should only drink room temp, warm or hot liquids. Your stomach is 98 degrees F. Refrigerated water is 49 degrees F. That is a 50-degree drop!! It retards what your stomach is trying to do.

    I've been following this channel for years. I was able to do pullups by doing negative pullups. I didn't even know that was an option until I saw it on this channel. I recently (6/24) bought gymnastics rings specifically because of this video. I can hardly wait to get started.

    Lower level 1, just recently installed pull up bar. Each time I go for break (since I work from home), I do 5 pullups. It's crazy how fast my body started reacting to this, instead of heavy lifting.

    WOW! listen, im taking flexability lessons for 6 months or so, and i feel difficulties with tight hamstrings, every lesson we do this stretch but the teacher always emphasizes "lock legs". i know tried the slightly bent variation, and wow, immidiate difference! amazing

    Y'all tell people in pull-up videos to contract their shoulders back and pull to the chest but then in your muscle up video y'all do the exact hollow body pull up as the foundation to the muscle up. Y'all just had heavily developed shoulder complexes already so you don't see it. I mean look at the movement!!! You hollow body pull then contract your shoulder girdle back at the end allowing for the wrist flexion transition.
